Ack! Visitors, and me still in my robe! Anyway, when Wendy first put up the Critter Knit-A-Long, I knew I wanted to participate. My own sweet Piewacket, a perfect rumpy Manx from the Boise Humane Society, picked out his favorite yarn and I knit up two snuggles, now in the photo album. Hope some kitties out there somewhere will find comfort in them!
Next up, two squares for the Afghans for Afghans. Do I pick something sensible? Emphatically NO! I pick something with dozens upon dozens of ends to weave in! Nanette at Knitting in Color just wrote a lovely post about weaving in ends. She claims it is soothing. I want to be like Nanette when I grow up....
The patterns for the snuggles for the Critter Knit-A-Long are from Hugs for Homeless Animals using "My Favorite Fisherman's Rib" and "My Favorite Knit Snuggle".
